New York's, Trenton's, and Philly's suburbs are much more "millennial" than the rest of the state. We think this lends some credence to the "return to cities" discussion, but there is more of that to come. Also, what is with the places that score high on both? Could these be the coveted hot spots where younger people and Millennial are moving or are they pockets of places where millennial are living with their Boomer parents. Will be interesting to find out. Stay tuned.
